Gateway Connection Error Definitions

Error	Definition
200 Disallowed - Ex : (Role) from (State) is not allowed to make requests. (Role) from (State) is not allowed to make requests to (State). There was a permissions problem making this request	Either the role is truly disallowed, or the role title is not accurate (ex, sent 'Medical Resident' when 'Medical Resident with prescriptive authority' should have been sent). Roles: Cannot be shortened Case sensitive Cannot have leading or trailing spaces. Check for typos or inaccuracies with the role title. Permissions problem: Possible issue with role permissions. See: Role Authorization Issues Contact the PMP help desk if you believe that the sent role should be allowed access.
400 Bad Request	The request was malformed causing the XML to be rejected.
401 Unauthorized	Unauthorized to make a request. Possible issues include credential failure, a locked account, or a provider authorization error. See Provider Authorization
403 REPORT_FORBIDDEN: Forbidden to access this report: Report with id XXXXXXXXX belongs to another user.	The web service user for the report request was not the same as the web service user for the patient request. This is not allowed.
404	Not found. The endpoint could be incorrect. <Message>Report with id [693334] not found.</Message> Sending the wrong report ID in a report request
410 Report already delivered Gone	Links are one time use only. If the report is needed again, a new patient request must be made to receive a valid link.
410 Report with id XXXXXXX has expired	Report links are only good for 24 hours. If the report is needed again, a new patient request must be made to receive a valid link.
500 Internal Server Error	Generic error that something went wrong on our side. Once the alert threshold has been met, the Bamboo Health engineering team is alerted.
503 Service Unavailable	Servers are under heavy load. Request cannot be processed.Request can be retried immediately. Once the alert threshold has been met, the Bamboo Health engineering team is alerted.
504 GATE WAY TIME OUT	An underlying service is out of service. The request can be retried periodically. If you have not already received notice of a PMP Gateway outage, please contact the PMP help desk. No response body will be provided from PMP Gateway. Once the alert threshold has been met, the Bamboo Health engineering team is alerted.
