What is Changing and Why?
Bamboo Health will end support for outdated browsers as of 08/01/2026. This will help ensure PMP Gateway® remains secures, compliant, and reliable when handling sensitive healthcare data.

Which Browsers Will Be Supported After the 8/1/26 Cutoff?
To provide the best performance and security, Bamboo Health currently tests and supports the following browser versions for all PMP Gateway® report types:
Google Chrome — Current major version + one prior version
- Microsoft Edge (Chromium) — Current major version + one prior version
- Mozilla Firefox — Current major version + one prior version
- Safari (macOS & iOS) — Current major version + one prior version
These browser support policies align with testing practices for modern browsers and industry standards for secure, performant browser environments.
Will Mobile or Tablet Browsers Be Affected?
Yes. Mobile and tablet browsers must also meet the supported browser version requirements.
Does This Change Affect API Access or Integrations?
No. This update applies only to browser-based access.
Can I Test My Browser to See if I’m Affected?
Yes. You can test to see if your browser is supported. Please click on the following links. If you receive a Java Script Error, you may be affected.

How Often Should I Check to See if My Browser is Supported?
Even if your browser is currently supported, we recommend regularly checking your browser version to ensure continued compatibility.
What Happens if I Do Not Update to a Supported Browser?
If you continue using an unsupported browser after August 1, 2026, your workflow may be disrupted. You may be unable to view Patient Reports within your PMP Gateway integration.
How Do I Transition to a Supported Browser?
Bamboo Health does not manage or control browser updates for individual organizations. Please contact your internal IT or technical support team to coordinate any required browser updates prior to the cutoff date.
